On your chosen booking day Dougie's will drop off your freshly made donuts direct to you. All donuts are delivered in bakery crates with paper bags provided. We will collect crates within 48hrs after your event.

Dougie's Donuts Fundraising Program - Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:
    The Dougie's Donuts Mobile-Newstead fundraising program is open to educational institutions, including schools, colleges, and other academic organizations as well as other clubs and groups, subject to approval by Dougie's Donuts Newstead.
  2. Booking and Scheduling:
    Fundraising events must be booked in advance by contacting Dougie's Donuts Mobile-Newstead through the designated channels.
    Scheduling is subject to availability and mutual agreement between Dougie's Donuts Mobile-Newstead and the participating institution.
  3. Pricing and Profit Margins:
    The standard selling price for Dougie's Donuts Mobile-Newstead during fundraising events is $6.00 per donut.
    Participating institutions will receive $1.50 for every donut sold on the first booking.
    Institutions committing to 4 or more bookings within the year will receive an increased profit of $2.00 per donut sold from the first booking onwards.
  4. Payment Terms:
    Dougie's Donuts Mobile-Newstead will provide an invoice detailing the total amount due based on the number of donuts ordered by the school/institution for the agreed day. Orders are to be placed 5 business days prior to selected donut fundraising day.
    Payment is due on date of invoice.
  5. Year-Long Booking Agreement:
    Institutions opting for four or more bookings commit to scheduling Dougie's Donuts Mobile-Newstead to supply donuts for fundraising 4 or more times within the 2024 calender year.
    The increased profit margin of $2 per donut is applicable only during Fundraising days scheduled as part of the 4 or more booking agreement. Events that are in need of our fully staffed Dougie's Donut trailer can be discussed separately.
  6. Promotional Materials:
    Participating institutions may use Dougie's Donuts Mobile-Newstead branding and promotional materials provided by Dougie's Donuts Mobile for the purpose of promoting fundraising events.
  7. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
    In the event of unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather, fundraising events may be subject to rescheduling or cancellation in consultation with Dougie's Donuts Mobile-Newstead.
  8. Quality Assurance:
    Dougie's Donuts Mobile-Newstead is committed to providing high-quality and fresh donuts for fundraising events. In the rare event of quality concerns, please contact Dougie's Donuts Mobile-Newstead immediately for resolution at grantp@dougiesdonuts.com.au or 04930544420.
  9. Liability:
    Dougie's Donuts Mobile-Newstead is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages incurred during the fundraising event.
  10. Agreement Modification:
    Dougie's Donuts Mobile-Newstead reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing to participating institutions.
By participating in the Dougie's Donuts Mobile-Newstead fundraising program, the institution agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
